The General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the QueenMary Designs online store, user rights and the business relationship between the customer and the provider.

The General Terms and Conditions define and determine the terms of sale between the provider and customers. A customer is any individual or legal person who has made a purchase in the QueenMary Designs online store.

Ordering in the online store takes place in Slovene and English online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Customers can choose the products available in the product list. The QueenMary Designs online store reserves the right to change the conditions on the website without prior notice. The changes are valid from the moment of publication and are binding on the user.

When the customer places an order, he receives an e-mail confirmation of the ordered items and the total price of the order. By placing an order, the buyer or. the consumer agrees to the payment. The products are unique, so it is not possible to make an identical item.


Prices for goods are presented as selling prices and are valid for purchase directly online, by phone. All prices are in Euros and are valid upon confirmation by the provider. The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the buyer receives confirmation of the order from the bidder.


Payment for products can be made in one of the following ways:

The usual delivery time for products in stock is three working days, from the receipt of the direct bank transfer payment or credit card payment. The seller will make every effort to have the goods delivered to the buyer within the specified delivery time. The seller is committed to deliver the products or performed delivery services within the delivery time.

Seller will make every effort to ship the product on the same or the next day after receiving the payment to the transaction account or payment with credit card. The buyer will receive the ordered goods at the address specified in the order.

The cost of postage for delivery is charged by the bidder to the buyer, at the prices charged by Pošta Slovenije. Delivery in Slovenia is free of charge. The seller will calculate the cost of delivery abroad according to the valid price list of the Pošta Slovenije. The cost of delivery will be stated separately when confirming your order and will also be recorded on the invoice that you will receive together with the ordered product. If the buyer orders several items at the same time, for which the delivery time is of different lengths, the bidder will be the goods that were sent in stock immediately, and other goods when they are in stock. In this case, the delivery cost will be charged only once.

 When purchasing products through the QueenMary Designs online store, the buyer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract or. purchase without giving a reason for its decision. The product and packaging must be undamaged and in the same quantity, otherwise it cannot be returned unless the goods are damaged, destroyed, damaged or the quantity of goods has decreased without the fault of the buyer. If the buyer has already received the goods, the company is obliged to refund the money within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods (postage) is borne by the buyer.

Withdrawal from the contract is notified by the buyer to the e-mail address of the provider: Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the goods and immediately report any irregularities or damage or errors to the delivery person or seller, and then agree on either the replacement of goods or a refund. Replacement of the product is possible if the product and packaging are undamaged within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The replacement costs are borne by the buyer. If the product is custom made and adapted to the customer’s personal needs, it cannot be replaced.
